On June 5, 2025, CPIP had the pleasure of welcoming delegates from First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) for a meaningful exchange of ideas and perspectives. The atmosphere inside the Facilities Boardroom was filled with energy, curiosity, and the shared spirit of collaboration.
The visit brought together FPIP’s Head of Park Management and Development, Mr. Alexander Roque; AVP for Water Resource Management, Engr. Jeremaine Esguerra; and Operations Planning Manager, Engr. Nelson Lontok. Representing CPIP were General Manager Mr. Carlos Po, Admin Head Ms. Michaela Nucup, Senior Accounting Head Ms. Janine Malabanan, Accounting Officer I Mr. Laurence Tamondong, and Occupational and Environmental Nurse Mr. Krister Po—joined by Mr. Jason Magallanes of Samsung Electro-Mechanics Philippines Corp.
The discussions were thoughtful, open, and visionary—touching on ways we can improve and innovate together. Both teams exchanged insights on current challenges and emerging opportunities, with a focus on how our organizations can contribute to building a more connected, sustainable future. In the same spirit of warmth and openness, the conversations continued over a hearty lunch.
It was inspiring to see the shared commitment to uplift communities, support economic development, and contribute to nation-building. This gathering reflects CPIP’s continued dedication to fostering open communication and industry collaboration. Because when we move forward together, with intention and purpose, the impact we can create is far greater than anything we could achieve alone.
Here’s to more meaningful conversations—and to what lies ahead.
