HR Head

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Job summary:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process, including workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, and orientation.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs for employees and managers.
  • Lead performance evaluation processes and support managers in employee development and succession planning.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, attendance, and other workforce trends.
  • Advise management on HR best practices, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
  • Oversee disciplinary procedures and employee grievance handling in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and HR systems where applicable.
  • Supervise and mentor HR staff, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Park Cleaner

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/Trade or Technical School
  • 1 yr to less than 3 yrs of work experiences

Job summary:

  • Sweep and clean park waiting sheds, walkways, drainages and staging area.
  • Ensure public restroom at BOC/PEZA and other facilities are cleaned and stocked regularly.
  • Monitor waste bins and disposals for proper solid waste management.
  • Assist in residual waste hauling/yard waste hauling and cleaning.
  • Assist in emergency clean-up operations during storms or accidents.
  • Sorting of solid waste recyclables.
  • Report damages, safety hazards, or repair needs inside park.
  • Tools, materials, equipment handled: Leaf blower/ Pressure washer

Grass Cutter

Qualifications:

  • Trade or Technical School (Maintenance in grass cutting equipment)
  • 1 yr to less than 3 yrs of work experiences

Job summary:

  • Operate grass cutters and tree trimmers safety and efficiently.
  • Cut, edge and maintain grass in designated areas, lawns/ pathways.
  • Collect and dispose grass clippings/tree trimmings to staging area.
  • Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on cutting equipment.
  • Trim, prune and shape trees and shrubs to maintain safety and aesthetics.
  • Clear fallen branches.
  • Assist in tree transfers (as necessary).
  • Waste hauling collection – will have to operate pick-up track around park.
  • Residual waste from Admin to Staging Area.
  • Yard trimmings from Admin/Park to Staging Area.
  • Others for collection and disposals.
  • Tools, materials, equipment handled: Grass cutting machine, Chainsaw
  • Preferably knows how to drive vehicle w/ valid driver’s license

Security Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or any related field is an advantage.
  • With at least 1 year experience in security operations, safety, or facility protection.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, incident response, and access control procedures.
  • Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies when needed
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Job summary:

  • Assist the Security Officer in overseeing daily security operations within the park premises
  • Supervises and monitor the performance, attendance, and deployment of security personnel.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections around the park to ensure security visibility and compliance with protocols.
  • Report and respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or violations within the area.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting incident reports, inspections logs, and daily activity reports.
  • Support in the investigation of security- related issues, theft, or property damage.
  • Coordinate with locators, contractors, and visitors regarding park security rules and gate pass procedures.
  • Ensure proper implementation of entry and exit control of vehicles, personnel, and materials.
  • Monitor CCTV operations, perimeter lighting, and other security systems for proper functionality.
  • Assist in the conduct of security briefings, orientations, and drills.
  • Recommend improvements in security measures and procedures to the Security Officer.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Security Officer or Admin Head.
