Job summary:

  • Assist visitors, tenants, employees, and contractors with their needs, particularly within the assigned areas of responsibility
  • Welcome, register, and direct visitors in accordance with security and administrative procedures
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Monitor and check cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of all administrative areas
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams regarding cleanliness and facility concerns
  • Conduct regular checking and monitoring of office supplies, equipment, and administrative inventory
  • Assist in inventory recording, updating, and reporting
  • Support the preparation, setup, and coordination of administrative and company events
  • Assist in maintaining proper arrangement of furniture, equipment, and facilities during and after events
  • Receive, log, and distribute documents, mails, and packages
  • Ensure front desk and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist in implementing office policies, safety standards, and administrative guidelines
  • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
