Company Nurse

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine nursing license
• Preferably with experience as a company/occupational health nurse, clinic nurse, or similar role
• Basic knowledge of occupational health, workplace safety, and emergency response
• Knowledge of first-aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) is an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in maintaining medical records and preparing reports
• Able to work independently and effectively with employees, management, and healthcare providers
• Willing to work on-site and respond to workplace medical emergencies when needed

Job summary:

• Provide first-aid and immediate medical assistance to employees in case of illness, injury, or workplace emergencies
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employees’ health conditions
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees
• Administer appropriate medications and basic treatments as prescribed or permitted by company policy
• Coordinate medical consultations, referrals, and follow-up care when necessary
• Monitor and manage the company clinic, including medicines, medical supplies, and equipment
• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs
• Support occupational health initiatives, wellness programs, and employee health campaigns
• Assist in managing work-related injuries and illnesses and coordinate with management and other healthcare providers
• Prepare medical and health-related reports as required
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety standards and company policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
