Conduct regular inspection of park facilities, roads, drainage, and structures to identify repair and maintenance needs.

Plan and recommend civil works and infrastructure improvement projects.

Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and basic technical drawings as required.

Provide technical support to the Admin Head in implementing civil or repair projects.

Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards.

Prepare reports on project progress, maintenance activities, and inspection results.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and park construction guidelines.

Coordinate with locators, contractors, and other departments regarding civil works or maintenance concerns.

Assist in processing documents such as work permits, project proposals, and inspection reports.

Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Admin Head.
