Compensation and Benefits Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related Business Course
  • Knowledgeable in payroll and monthly government remittances
  • Familiar with Alphalist preparation
  • Familiar with BIR reports
  • Knowledgeable in bank reconciliation
  • With audit experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity

Job summary:

  • Process and review payroll for accuracy
  • Process & review monthly government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports-BIR (including Alphalist)
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Assist in accounting audits , AR and AP .
Assist in everyday operations in HR 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
