Knowledgeable in payroll and monthly government remittances
Familiar with Alphalist preparation
Familiar with BIR reports
Knowledgeable in bank reconciliation
With audit experience is an advantage
Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Job summary:
Process and review payroll for accuracy
Process & review
monthly government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports-BIR (including Alphalist)
Perform bank reconciliation
Assist in accounting audits , AR and AP . Assist in everyday operations in HR • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
