Graduate of any 4 year business-related course
Preferably with 1 year experience in admin tasks
Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
Job summary:
Assist the Admin Head in overseeing day-to-day administrative and facility operations within the park.
Coordinate and monitor housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, security, and maintenance activities.
Prepare, process, and file administrative documents such as memos, letters, purchase requests, permits, and reports.
Serve as a liaison between locators, contractors, and the park administration for various requests or concerns.
Support the Admin Head in scheduling, planning, and supervising park projects or improvement works.
Monitor office and facility supplies, service contracts, and ensure timely renewal or replenishment.
Assist in processing work permits, entry passes, and gate passes for contractors and visitors.
Participate in inspections, meetings, and coordination activities within the park.
Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of administrative transactions.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Admin Head.
