HR Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations/generalist work (preferred).
  • Knowledge in leave and attendance management.
  • Able to prepare NTEs and other disciplinary notices.
  • Familiar with OT processing and employee inquiries.
  • Payroll and government contributions knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Can work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly and effectively.
