Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
Experience in HR operations/generalist work (preferred).
Knowledge in leave and attendance management.
Able to prepare NTEs and other disciplinary notices.
Familiar with OT processing and employee inquiries.
Payroll and government contributions knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Can work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly and effectively.
