summary
:
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Generate weekly and monthly reports, including PO, Purchase Request (PR), and Transmittal summaries.
Monitor and maintain the filing system for the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) of company vehicles.
Oversee and track repairs for company vehicles and assets.
Evaluate and compare supplier offers.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed for office and cleaning supplies.
Manage and maintain the Material Requisition Form (MRF) inventory.
Assist with inquiries and requests from PMG workers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery details, and invoices.
Organize and retain historical records and relevant documents.
Support audit activities as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
