• Maintain CPIP’s brand identity across all platforms and channels.
• Conduct interview for content and other marketing materials for social media and website.

Job summary:

• Conduct regular inspection of park facilities, roads, drainage, and structures to identify repair and maintenance needs.
• Plan and recommend civil works and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and basic technical drawings as required.
• Provide technical support to the Admin Head in implementing civil or repair projects.
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
• Prepare reports on project progress, maintenance activities, and inspection results.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and park construction guidelines.
• Coordinate with locators, contractors, and other departments regarding civil works or maintenance concerns.

• Magdilig, magputol, magpungos, at mag-abono ng mga halaman at puno kung kinakailangan.
• Magtanggal ng mga damo, tuyong dahon, at iba pang kalat sa paligid.
• Magpalit o magtanim ng mga bagong halaman kung may mga natuyo o nasirang halaman.
• Gumamit at magpanatili ng maayos na kondisyon ng mga kagamitan sa paghahalaman (gaya ng gunting, hose, sprinkler, atbp.).
• Tumulong sa mga proyekto ng landscaping at iba pang gawaing may kinalaman sa pagpapaganda ng kapaligiran.

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.

Job summary:

• Construct, install, and repair structures, frameworks, and fixtures made of wood and other materials, such as partitions, doors, windows, cabinets, and stairways.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join wood, plywood, and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine specifications and materials needed.
• Install and maintain industrial and commercial building components, including shelves, workbenches, and other custom structures as required.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairing damaged wood structures, doors, and furniture.
• Work with other maintenance and construction team members to complete large-scale projects or repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are stored properly.
