JANITOR

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Male, With at least 2 years experience preferably in Hotel housekeeping
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and cleaning equipment

Job summary:

  • Sweep, mop, sanitize and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, restrooms, and other perimeter areas.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
  • Watering and gardening of plants.
  • Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.

Company Driver

Qualifications:

  • At least Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • With at least 3-5 years experience as company driver
  • Updated Valid Professional Driver’s license (appropriate for the vehicle type) and clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Must be willing to work in Calamba, Laguna

Job Summary:

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, or employees to designated locations within the industrial park or external destinations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  • Plan and follow optimal routes to ensure timely deliveries and arrivals.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
  • Adhere to road safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Lift and carry heavy items as required.

PURCHASING STAFF

Qualifications:

  • With at least 6 months experience in Purchasing
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Must be willing to work in Calamba, Laguna

Job summary:

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports, including PO, Purchase Request (PR), and Transmittal summaries.
  • Monitor and maintain the filing system for the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) of company vehicles.
  • Oversee and track repairs for company vehicles and assets.
  • Evaluate and compare supplier offers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed for office and cleaning supplies.
  • Manage and maintain the Material Requisition Form (MRF) inventory.
  • Assist with inquiries and requests from PMG workers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery details, and invoices.
  • Organize and retain historical records and relevant documents.
  • Support audit activities as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
