Mason

Qualifications:

Job summary:

  • Lay brick, block, stone, and concrete to construct walls, foundations, floors, and other structures as needed.
  • Prepare and mix mortar, grout, and other materials required for masonry work.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to determine the layout and dimensions for construction.
  • Measure and cut materials accurately to fit specific spaces, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity.
  • Build and repair structures, including walkways, and retaining walls, using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to safety standards, local building codes, and project specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on masonry surfaces, including patching cracks, fixing mortar joints, and replacing damaged stones or bricks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.

Carpenter

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter (typically 3 years).
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.

Job summary:

  • Construct, install, and repair structures, frameworks, and fixtures made of wood and other materials, such as partitions, doors, windows, cabinets, and stairways.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and join wood, plywood, and other materials using hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine specifications and materials needed.
  • Install and maintain industrial and commercial building components, including shelves, workbenches, and other custom structures as required.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairing damaged wood structures, doors, and furniture.
  • Work with other maintenance and construction team members to complete large-scale projects or repairs.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are stored properly.

Electrician

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 years experience in construction field as electrician
  • With knowledge in construction and electrical materials

Job summary:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in an industrial setting.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine installation or repair requirements.
  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and make necessary repairs to prevent downtime
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for repair.
  •  Work with electrical panels, transformers, motors, and other industrial electrical equipment.
  • Test electrical systems and equipment using specialized tools and instruments to ensure proper functioning.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and service tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.

Water Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Licensed professional (Mechanical/Sanitary Engineer), post-graduate studies will be an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a range of water distribution, wastewater collection, drainage, and investigation projects
  • Involved in the preparation of Master Plans and Detailed Engineering Phases of Water and Sanitation Projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job summary:

  • Monitors the proper implementation and schedule of the Sewage Treatment Plant and Water Pump Stations Preventive Maintenance and Repairs
  • Performs all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with the environmental standards
  • Analyzes various water & wastewater treatment methods used to prepare water for industrial and domestic use; recommends the most effective method
  • Trains Water Pump and STP personnel in both facility operation and system maintenance Engineer
  • Monitor the water flow meter and the whole water line inside CPIP
  • Keeps up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
  • Assists the Pollution Control Officer in all documents for Government Compliance
  • Monitors, investigates and analyzes prevailing flows, pressures and head losses
  • Proposes project for improvement of water supply, hydrants and pump stations
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
